The Excellence in Management Program will provide the client with a SWOT matrix of the current management scenario, identify areas for improvement, and build an action plan in collaboration with the management team. Following this, the focus will be on monitoring, support, and implementing best management practices for dealerships, aiming to help achieve goals and ensure the strategic alignment of the dealer’s future vision, in accordance with the metrics set by the Factory/Manufacturer.
